We continue our section - “Knight Move” (in which we share with you unexpected solutions to deadlock situations in our projects). Often an extraordinary solution - “Knight Move” can conceptually change and sometimes even save the whole project.
Apartment with amazing views on the 2nd (last) floor of a private house. Our task was to expand the space through redevelopment. Functionally, everything worked, but it seemed that there was not enough of the "fairy tale" that we wanted to create, inspired by fairy-tale figures. The initial layout was ready and we began to discuss the details. When we learned that there is a plaster ceiling and it covers a triangular, tiled roof, we proposed to remove it. This is all that was needed to completely transform the apartment into a "fairy tale"!
